Bioport Crosslink 2%
Bioport Crosslink 2% it’s a medical device for infiltration, indicated as viscolelastic supplement or as replacement of synovial fluid in the knee joint and for symptomatic treatment of mild to severe knee osteoarthritis.
It protects the cartilage and decreases the inflammatory activity, improving joint mobility and providing pain relief.
Characteristics of Bioport:
- It’s a sterile, viscoelastic solution containing two highly purified cross-linked biological polymers – hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate.
- Hyaluronic Acid is obtained from bacterial fermentation of a Streptococcus strain and Chondroitin Sulfate is obtained from bovine cartilage.
- Hyaluronic Acid and Chondroitin Sulfate assemble in a physical cross-linking, ensuring a greater stability and long-term durability of the product.
- Average molecular weight: 3 MDa

- Dosage: 60 mg Hyaluronic Acid and 90 mg Chondroitin Sulfate / 3 ml
